What We Require of Our Partners
PREMIER Bankcard is looking for a partner whose sites meet these minimum requirements:

Operator shall not place any Banner on any “adult” Internet website or any Internet website which contains or promotes nudity, pornography, gambling (whether lawful or unlawful), any illegal activity or any product or service Bankcard deems inappropriate or objectionable.Violation may result in the loss of compensation and/or termination.
We also require that you sign and return a copy of each of the following forms:

Marketing Partnership Questionaire This form should be completed and faxed to 605-367-1349, Attn: Internet Production Manager

Confidentiality and Consumer Privacy Agreement Please print two copies
of this and sign both. Fax one copy to 605-367-1349, Attn: Internet Production Manager. Mail both originals
